We will help you to negotiate your contracts with your selected vendors. We will stay in close contact with you throughout the planning process and encourage you to call or e-mail us at any time. We will organize the rehearsal and do a run through at the selected beach site the night before the wedding. We will make sure everyone involved is comfortable with their roles and their responsibilities. We will oversee the arrival of vendors and the delivery of all wedding items. We will organize the transition from the ceremony to the reception and assist with the transfer of smaller decorations and/or accessories to the reception and at the reception.
